Guest Registration & ID Requirements
According to Italian Law (Art. 109 TULPS), we are legally required to register all staying guests with the Italian Police portal (Alloggiati Web).
Before or upon arrival, every guest (including children and infants) must present a valid passport or national ID card. Personal data will be handled securely and solely for legal compliance in accordance with GDPR regulations.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment
- Pets are not allowed
- Organizing parties is strictly prohibited.
SELF CHECK-IN FOR MAXIMUM FLEXIBILITY AND PRIVACY
Upon arrival, guests can collect the keys independently from a lockbox, allowing for complete freedom of movement; the keys must be returned upon departure according to the instructions provided by the owner.
Throughout their stay, guests can receive assistance with any request—from basic tourist information to anything else needed to ensure a pleasant and relaxing visit.
