Upon arrival, guests can collect the keys independently, allowing for complete freedom of movement; the keys must be returned upon departure according to the instructions provided by the owner.
Throughout their stay, guests can receive assistance with any request—from basic tourist information to anything else needed to ensure a pleasant and relaxing visit.
